Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. A quotation we issue is an invitation to order and is valid for the period stated in it; if no period is stated, it is valid for thirty days from the date of issue.

Minimum order quantities, sampling lead times, tooling or pattern-development charges, payment terms, production lead times and shipping terms are stated in the quotation or in a separate written agreement. Prices do not include duties, taxes or charges applied at the destination unless expressly stated. Orders are accepted only by our written confirmation.

6. Intellectual property

Buyers are responsible for confirming the regulatory, labelling and testing requirements that apply to the destination market, for supplying accurate artwork, text and claims for packaging, and for holding any brand or design rights they instruct us to reproduce. We produce to the specification and artwork we are given, and we confirm the compliance file set that a given order carries as part of the quotation.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Where a separate written agreement between us contains its own dispute-resolution clause, that clause governs the commercial relationship.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the revised terms.
