Product overview
Pet toys manufactured to your specification
Dog toys, cat toys and seasonal collections, built as plush, squeaky, chew or interactive constructions. Every line is produced as an OEM build to your artwork or as an ODM adaptation of a construction we already develop, and quoted with its materials, build and packaging spec attached.
Start here
Three ways into the range
A product range can be sliced by the animal it is for, by the season it sells in, or by how the toy is built. All three routes reach the same catalogue, so start with whichever one your assortment is already organised around — the construction pages sit underneath all of them.
Dog Toys
Five dog constructions, from soft plush through to moulded chew and interactive builds. Which one a range needs is usually decided by the shelf it is going onto rather than by the animal, so the five sit together on one page with the trade-offs stated.
Cat Toys
Cat lines are built on the same pile, fleece and filling base as the dog plush range, and are cut to shapes a cat kicks, carries and bats rather than to shapes a dog shakes. Catnip fill, feathered or ribbon teasers and electronic motion toys are all in scope.
Catalogue photography on this site is weighted towards the dog range. The live catalogue carries the cat lines that are currently in stock — ask and we will send cat-specific images of the constructions you are considering.
Seasonal Collections
Dated ranges are bought on a different clock from the rest of the catalogue: artwork, sample and shipping dates all run backwards from the retail season. Christmas, Halloween and spring assortments are quoted together with the production dates that make each one.
Construction families
The four families we manufacture
Each family has its own page covering how it is built, what a buyer specifies and where the product tends to fail. The catalogue itself, with the products in it, is browsable further down this page.

Products currently in the range
The grid below is drawn from the live catalogue. Prices shown are indicative ranges for the construction and finish, not quotations — a quotation is built from your specification, quantity and destination.

Filter the catalogue
Each one opens the live catalogue filtered by that attribute. Dog and cat toys split the range by pet type; new arrivals and best sales are the fastest routes in if you are still building an assortment; holiday toys cover the retail calendar; smart ID tags hold the silicone NFC and QR code lines, including the PawView waterproof collar tag. Smart ID tags are accessories rather than toys, so they sit here as their own entry rather than under the interactive lines.
Specification matrix
Construction options by toy family
This matrix shows how each family is normally built and where a buyer's specification changes the outcome. Final values are always confirmed against a signed sample — the matrix is the starting point for a sampling brief, not a substitute for one.
| Toy family | Construction | Core / filling | Sound or motion | Finish options |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Plush toys | Woven plush shell, double-stitched seams with reinforced stress points. | Polyester fibre fill, optional crinkle film layer. | Optional squeaker or rattle insert, single or multi-point. | Embroidered or appliqué features, printed fabric, custom pile height. |
| Squeaky toys | Plush or bonded-fleece shell over an inner liner that houses the sound device. | Polyester fibre fill around a squeaker housing. | Squeaker grade and placement selected at sampling; multi-squeaker layouts available. | As plush, plus vinyl or TPR squeaker grades for different bite pressures. |
| Chew toys | Layered woven fabric or moulded TPR and natural-rubber constructions. | Solid moulding, or layered fabric over a reinforced core. | Optional treat cavity; sound devices generally omitted on chew builds. | Moulded colour, fabric wrap, rope attachments, embroidered features only. |
| Rope and tug toys | Braided cotton or jute rope with knotted or bound ends. | Rope core, optional plush or moulded head. | Usually none; a squeaker head can be specified. | Dyed rope, custom diameter and length, plush head attached in your fabric. |
| Interactive toys | Electronic module inside an ABS or fabric housing, sealed against pet contact. | Motion or sound module, replaceable or rechargeable power cell. | Tumbler, moving-fish, teaser and puzzle mechanisms. | Printed housing, silicone or plush skin, on/off control positioning. |
| Smart pet ID tags | Silicone overmould encapsulating an NFC or QR code module. | Silicone body with tag inlay; no filling. | None — the tag responds to a scan. | Custom colour, moulded logo, printed or laser-marked code. |
Materials and finishes
What the range is made from
A pet toy is a fabric, a filling and a mechanism that has to survive being pulled, chewed and washed. Material selection is where most quality complaints are actually decided, so it is fixed against a signed sample rather than chosen from a list at the end.
Shell fabrics
Crystal Super Soft and Sailor Fabric for plush faces, corduroy and piqué where surface texture matters, Oxford for reinforcement and binding, and cotton canvas for shapes that have to hold their form. Pile height changes both the hand feel and how a printed pattern reads on the finished toy, so the two are specified together.
Fillings and cores
Polyester fibre fill in graded densities, recycled fibre options, and crinkle film where a sound is wanted without a mechanical device. Chew constructions use a reinforced core instead of loose fill.
Squeakers and mechanisms
Vinyl and TPR squeakers in different grades for different bite pressures, rattles, and electronic modules for interactive lines. Placement is agreed at sampling because it determines where a toy fails.
Hardware and trim
Cotton and jute rope, sisal, TPR and natural rubber, silicone for ID tags, and webbing or binding tape. Applied plastic parts are avoided on chew builds in favour of embroidered or stitched features.
Finishes
Embroidered faces and features, appliqué, screen and sublimation printing, dyed rope, moulded colour and laser marking. Colour is matched to your artwork against an approved swatch, not by name.
Stitching
Double-stitched seams with reinforced stress points at ears, limbs, tails and attachment points — the four places a plush or squeaky toy is pulled apart first.
Customization capability
What can be changed, and what it changes
Almost every part of a pet toy can be customised. The useful question is not whether it can be, but which changes move the minimum order quantity, the sampling time or the test reports. We answer that in the quotation.
Customisation points
OEM and ODM- Shape and pattern
- New patterns developed from artwork or a written brief; existing constructions adapted where only proportions or details change. Pattern development is what determines sampling rounds.
- Size grading
- The same construction in several sizes so a range covers small breeds through large dogs without a second design round.
- Fabric and pile
- Shell fabric, pile height and colourways. Colour count is one of the strongest drivers of minimum quantity on a first run.
- Sound and motion
- Squeaker grade, placement and count; rattle inserts; electronic mechanism type and control layout for interactive lines.
- Branding on the product
- Embroidered or appliqué logos, woven labels, moulded logos on moulded parts, and printed or laser-marked codes on ID tags.
- Packaging and labelling
- Header cards, hang tags, polybags with or without suffocation warnings, carton counts and shipping marks built around your label and the destination market's language set.
- Compliance route
- Which test reports and certificates the order carries, decided by destination market and retail channel before sampling rather than after production.
Quality standards
Four checkpoints between material and carton
Quality is enforced at fixed points in the process, each with a defined scope. A plush toy and a chew toy pass through the same four checkpoints, with the checks weighted to where that construction fails.
-
CHECKPOINT 01
Incoming material
Fabric weight and pile height, colour against the approved swatch, filling and trim verification, and function sampling of sound devices before they enter production.
-
CHECKPOINT 02
In-line inspection
Pattern alignment, seam construction at stress points, attachment pull checks, and sound or motion device placement while the batch is still on the line.
-
CHECKPOINT 03
Finished goods
Finished dimensions, appearance, function test of every sound or motion unit, and a labelling and packaging check against the approved specification sheet.
-
CHECKPOINT 04
Pre-shipment
Carton count, shipping marks, packing list accuracy, and metal detection of packed goods before the carton is sealed.
The inspection routine runs under an ISO 9001 quality management system, with CE marking, an SGS SVHC test report and a TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME certificate held where the destination market requires them. See the factory page for how the checkpoints sit in the production flow.
By buying role
How different buyers use the same range
Two roles account for most of the specification questions we receive on this page, because they are the ones converting a range into a purchase order.
For Procurement Manager
Factory-direct pricing, moq, and export experience
- OEM/ODM support
- project-based customization
- quality-controlled production
Take the specification matrix to your comparison sheet. Each line item states what is fixed and what is optional, so you can see which of your requirements changes the cost and which does not.
For Sourcing Manager
Factory-direct pricing, moq, and export experience
- OEM/ODM support
- project-based customization
- quality-controlled production
Use the quality standards section as your audit framework. The four checkpoints and their scopes are the ones a third-party inspection would look for, which makes them straightforward to verify.
Specification and ordering FAQs
Next steps
Sample, quote, catalogue or a direct message
Every route below reaches the team that would quote and run the order. There is no sales desk in between.
Request a sample
Samples are available on several lines. Send the construction, the size and the destination market, and we will confirm what can be sampled and when.
Request a quote
The quotation states the minimum order quantity, the sampling date and the compliance file set that applies to your line. Exact figures are named per line, never as a blanket number.
Request the catalogue
The product catalogue and the procurement guides are sent through the same request form, so that what you receive matches the range and the market you are buying for. There is no direct download link.
Message on WhatsApp
For a short question or a photograph of a reference product, WhatsApp reaches the same team. Messages outside China Standard Time are answered on the next working day.
Request the specification sheet for your line
Tell us the toy family, the packaging format and the destination market. You will get the applicable minimum order quantity, the sampling date and the compliance file set in the same reply. Related reading: procurement guides and representative projects.
