Interactive and smart toys

Pet interactive toys, puzzle builds and smart ID tags

Interactive products add a mechanism, a cavity or an electronic element to the same manufacturing discipline as a plush toy. We build treat-dispensing puzzles, motion and enrichment constructions, and the silicone NFC and QR code tags in our PawView line.

Interactive selection

How an interactive construction is chosen

An interactive toy is a plush toy or a moulding with a function added. These are the four decisions that shape it.

The function

Treat dispensing, motion, sound or enrichment. The function is decided first, because it determines the pattern, the materials and the tests the finished product has to pass.

Mechanism or cavity

A dispensing cavity, a moving part or an electronic module each adds a place the product can fail. Each is specified with its own tolerance and inspection point rather than being treated as a detail of the shell.

Material pairing

Interactive builds usually combine families: a plush or fabric outer with a TPR, TPE or silicone functional part. The pairing is chosen so the two materials wear at a similar rate, because a hard part bonded to a soft shell is where a toy splits.

Power and safety

Where a build carries electronics, the battery format, the enclosure and the access method are specified with the destination market in mind, and the closure is tested as part of the finished product.

Play and enrichment

What makes an interactive toy work for the animal

Enrichment products are judged by whether an animal keeps using them. Four things decide that, and all four are manufacturing decisions.

Difficulty and reward

A puzzle that gives up its treat immediately stops being interesting and one that never gives it up stops being used. The opening and the cavity volume set that balance, so they are agreed with the buyer rather than guessed.

Size against the animal

The same interactive build in two sizes is two products. Opening size, part weight and the force needed to move a part are all set against the size and the jaw of the animal the product is made for.

Cleaning and hygiene

A toy that holds food has to be cleanable. Where the build allows, cavities are designed to be reached and rinsed, and materials are chosen that tolerate repeated washing without losing their shape.

Doing no harm

Interactive and smart products carry the same obligations as any other toy: no loose parts, no accessible sharp edge, no small component that can be worked free. Finished units are inspected as complete products before packing.

Find the range by attribute

The live catalogue is browsable by the attributes below. A linked attribute opens a real catalogue or category page. An unlinked attribute is one the catalogue filters on, but it has no page of its own, so it is shown as plain text rather than as a control that would do nothing here.

Interactive and smart toy questions

Three groups. Treat-dispensing and puzzle builds that make an animal work for a reward, motion and enrichment constructions that move or respond during play, and smart accessories such as the silicone NFC and QR code ID tags in our PawView line. Interactive is a description of function, not a single product type.
Yes, and the cavity is where the engineering is. A dispensing toy needs a defined opening, a wall thickness that survives being chewed around the opening, and a clean way to be filled and washed. Those are settled at sampling, because a cavity that looks right on a drawing often does not dispense reliably in the hand.
Yes. The PawView line covers silicone tags, including waterproof collar tags, with NFC and QR code options. The tag body is a moulded silicone part with an inlay, so the specification covers the silicone grade, the inlay, the print and the collar attachment.
MOQ is set per SKU and moves with the material, the mechanism or inlay, the colour count and the packaging format. A moulded part with an inlay carries a different minimum from a plush build, so the quotation states the figure that applies to your line.
CE, ISO 9001, an SGS SVHC test report and the TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME certificate are held in-house. Which applies depends on the material and the destination market, and the applicable set is confirmed on the quotation rather than implied for every order.

Sample, quote, catalogue or a direct message

Every route below reaches the team that would quote and run the order. There is no sales desk in between.

Request a sample

Samples are available on this line. Send the construction, the size and the destination market, and we will confirm what can be sampled and when.

Request a sample

Request a quote

The quotation states the minimum order quantity, the sampling date and the compliance file set that applies to your line. Exact figures are named per line, never as a blanket number.

Request the catalogue

The product catalogue and the procurement guides are sent through the same request form, so that what you receive matches the range and the market you are buying for. There is no direct download link.
