Plush toys

Pet plush toys made to your artwork, in a fabric you choose

A plush toy is a fabric, a filling and a pattern working together. We hold the named fabrics buyers actually specify — Crystal Super Soft, Sailor fabric, corduroy, piqué, Oxford and cotton canvas — and build to your own character artwork with embroidered or printed detail.

Plush selection

How a plush construction is chosen

Plush looks like the simplest family and carries the most specification decisions. These are the four that shape the finished product.

Fabric and pile

Pile height and surface decide the hand feel and how a printed pattern reads on the finished toy. Crystal Super Soft and Sailor fabric give soft polyester faces; corduroy and piqué give texture that does not rely on print.

Pattern and proportion

Panel geometry decides proportion, how the toy sits and where the seams land. Patterns are developed digitally and then built physically, so the two can be compared before a sample is issued.

Filling and weight

Filling grade and density determine how the toy feels and whether it holds its shape. Weight is controlled per unit so a range of the same product behaves consistently.

Feature attachment

Eyes, noses, ears, limbs and trim are the first places a plush toy is pulled apart. Attachment method is defined at sampling and reinforced at every stress point rather than left to the line.

Fabric, filling and safety

What holds a plush toy together

Durability and safety in a plush toy come from four controls. Each one is a place where a cheaper build quietly differs from a correct one.

Shell fabrics

Crystal Super Soft and Sailor fabric for plush faces, corduroy and piqué where surface texture matters, Oxford for reinforcement and binding, and cotton canvas for shapes that have to hold their form.

Fillings and cores

Polyester fibre fill in graded densities, with recycled fibre options. Crinkle film is used where a sound is wanted without a mechanical device, and chew-adjacent builds use a reinforced core instead of loose fill.

Stitching

Double-stitched seams with reinforcement at ears, limbs, tails and attachment points. Stitch density is specified per product rather than left to the operator, because that is where a soft toy either survives play or does not.

Compliance through the build

The destination market decides which materials can be used and which tests the product has to pass, so compliance is settled before sampling rather than attached at the end of the order.

Find the range by attribute

The live catalogue is browsable by the attributes below. A linked attribute opens a real catalogue or category page. An unlinked attribute is one the catalogue filters on, but it has no page of its own, so it is shown as plain text rather than as a control that would do nothing here.

Plush toy specification questions

Yes. Faces, eyes, logos and features are embroidered on site rather than printed or glued, which is what allows your artwork to be reproduced consistently across a run. Embroidery files are built and approved at sampling, so the first physical sample shows the artwork as it will actually stitch.
Crystal Super Soft and Sailor fabric are the polyester plush faces, corduroy is a cotton-polyester blend used where texture and wear resistance matter, piqué gives a raised pattern in cotton, and Oxford and cotton canvas are used for reinforcement, binding and shapes that have to hold their form. Pile height changes how a printed pattern reads, so fabric and artwork are specified together.
Filling is weighed and packed in the cotton filling workshop rather than estimated by eye, which is how the shape, firmness and weight of a toy are held consistent from the first unit to the last. Weight is controlled per unit, and it is recorded on the specification sheet.
That is a specification decision, not a property of the fabric. Feature attachment, seam reinforcement, filling weight and the absence of loose parts are all set against the size and the chewing behaviour of the animal the product is made for. Applied plastic parts are avoided on chew-adjacent builds in favour of embroidered or stitched features.
CE, ISO 9001, an SGS SVHC test report and the TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost HOME certificate are held in-house. Which applies depends on the material and the destination market, and the applicable set is confirmed on the quotation rather than implied for every order.

Every route below reaches the team that would quote and run the order. There is no sales desk in between.

Request a sample

Samples are available on this line. Send the construction, the size and the destination market, and we will confirm what can be sampled and when.

Request a sample

Request a quote

The quotation states the minimum order quantity, the sampling date and the compliance file set that applies to your line. Exact figures are named per line, never as a blanket number.

Request the catalogue

The product catalogue and the procurement guides are sent through the same request form, so that what you receive matches the range and the market you are buying for. There is no direct download link.
